EMLAK COMPANY's ("EMLAK COMPANY" or”EMLAK.CO” or "we") Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect and use information on the EMLAK.CO website (the "Site").

By registering on or visiting the Site, you are acknowledging and accepting this Privacy Policy. We may from time-to-time revise this Privacy Policy, and the date of last revision will be available at the top of this page, so please be sure to check back periodically. The Information We Collect

EMLAK.CO accepts no responsibility or liability for third party privacy policies or the actions of any third party with respect to your personally identifiable information.

We may also share your information in response to a subpoena, legal order or official request, when we believe you have acted in violation of the Terms of Use, or when we believe that doing so may protect your safety or the safety of others.

Information that is de-identified (stripped of any information that could be used to identify you) may be used by EMLAK.CO for any reason and shared freely with affiliates, the press, partners and other third parties. Encryption
When you send your personal financial information to us, it is protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Technology. SSL does not allow anyone to intercept and read your personal information. When you send your information to us, SSL encrypts it (translates the data into a string of gibberish characters). Only we can decode the encryption.

Your financial information is not kept on our Web server, but on a different computer that is separated from the Internet. Even in the unlikely event that our Web site is "hacked," your data will still remain securely out of reach. Your credit card information and critical financial information are only stored in financial providers (PayPal, Garanti Bankasi) which additional security measures are in place .

To retrieve information about your loan status, you are required to enter both a password and at least one other piece of identification information.

Account Deactivation

Your EMLAK.CO account can be de-activated at any time by contacting yonetim (at) emlak.co. However, you will not be able to access any of the services offered by EMLAK.CO if you choose to deactivate your account.

Viewing and Updating Your Information

You may edit your preferences or request changes to the information you have provided at any time by sending email to yonetim (at) emlak.co.  If you have lost your password, you may request a new one by sending an email to yonetim (at) emlak.co. You may also contact your sales agent to edit the information you provide to EMLAK.CO.
